M strives for excellence and quality. As a team, we bring the broad range of skills needed to deliver on this promise including hospitality, real estate strategy, property management, sales and marketing, customer service, and technology.
One of M’s competitive advantages is our Shareholder Board. Six M Shareholders and three of M’s management company participate on the active Board of Directors and help set company direction on annual budgets, property acquisition and divestiture, and rules and regulations of the club. Further, direct feedback from our members continually improves the club.

John Beckel
General Manager
John is a pragmatist and ensures the machinery of property management, technology, and company operations turn every day.
John’s accounting background and fastidious nature ensure M excels both operationally and achieves it's commitment to excellence.
Kim Ogilvie
Director of Experience
Kim is the front line at M and she and her team deliver the magic moments that M prides itself on delivering.
Kim’s hospitality training at the Fairmont provides the background to manage her diverse and world wide team to provide the rich customer experience expected by our members.
Karen Watson
Controller
Karen manages the financial administration and yearly audits. Her persistent focus on the financial flow of M is a powerful asset to our operations.
Her group is relentless in ensuring we have a high quality back office.
Michele Beitel
Vice President, Sales
Michele is passionate about M and all of the benefits that share ownership provides. “Truly outstanding destinations, personalized service that creates a unique and memorable experience, in addition to a diversified real estate portfolio, deliver excellent value to shareholders”.
Michele brings a high level of energy, enthusiasm and expertise to the Sales and Marketing role at M. She has 20 years experience in business as a Petroleum Landman and a successful entrepreneur, with the past 3 years focused on the destination club industry.
